Job description

A world-renowned architectural firm is seeking a reliable Administrative Assistant. The ideal candidate will be diligent, organised, and possess strong communication skills. You should be a collaborative team player who is also able to take initiative and work independently when required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephone calls, emails, and other correspondence for Partners and project teams, redirecting as necessary
  • Organise meetings, including room bookings, catering, logistics, and presentation setup
  • Maintain studio and meeting room calendars
  • Coordinate UK and international travel arrangements
  • Provide administrative support such as document editing, translation processing, expense management, and filing
  • Assist Senior Partners and Partners with diary management
  • Conduct research as requested by senior staff
  • Identify and implement improvements to streamline processes and enhance the role
  • Maintain effective working relationships with senior management and colleagues
  • Ensure the studio complies with housekeeping policies and office standards
  • Follow company procedures and maintain high professional standards
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Head of Office Services

This is a full-time, five-day-per-week role offering a salary of £30,000 per annum plus benefits.
