Job Description

  • Process housing applications using NEC (Northgate) systems.
  • Input CORE (Continuous Recording) data accurately.
  • Perform general administrative duties including scanning, filing, and document management.
  • Support tenancy management and allocations with ad hoc tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Assist in preparing reports and documentation for internal use.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Administrative Assistant should have:

  • Experience in housing administration or similar role.
  • Familiarity with NEC systems and CORE data input is highly desirable.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication and time management abilities.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Must be available and fully compliant to start on 3rd September.
