A well-established organisation in Northern Ireland is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant for a fixed-term position in Belfast. Responsibilities include responding to inquiries, reviewing contracts, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Applicants must have at least 4 GCSEs and relevant administrative experience. Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C or above, including Maths and English.
  • Demonstrable experience managing administrative processes with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to meet structured deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • High degree of flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to work independently using sound judgement and initiative.
  • Experience working within a team environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Office and data entry systems.
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Relevant HND, HNC, or Degree.
  • Advanced IT skills, including strong MS Office capability.
  • Previous customer-facing experience.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer and stakeholder queries.
  • Review and interpret agreements, making amendments to contracts where required.
  • Input, update, and scan contracts, easements, and other legal documents.
  • Provide high-quality customer service via telephone, email, and written correspondence.
  • Resolve complaints promptly and escalate where appropriate.
  • Support the Manager and wider team in maintaining strong internal controls.
  • Contribute to ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a positive, reliable team member, promoting a solution-focused working environment.
  • Undertake any other duties necessary to support effective delivery of services.
