We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant (6-month contract) who expects more from their career. This role provides administrative support to the Tesco Media Sales Team with general coordination and account management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • You will be responsible for updating our regular systems, new bookings and contracts, pipeline management of media campaigns and invoicing of campaigns.
  • You will support the teams in building audiences and segmentations for media campaigns and in providing measurement for campaigns once they are completed.
  • You will support the teams in their admin, ensuring all actions are completed on time in full.
  • You will have a keen eye for detail and a passion for looking for efficiencies and new processes / ways of working within your team and the wider Tesco Media teams.
  • You will interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, requiring a high level of organization, strong prioritization, and the ability to manage your own time with support from your team lead.
