We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Rhondda Cynon Taf to assist with the appointment of an Administrative Assistant, on a 3-month contract, highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay

£13.26 - £17.35 per hour

Summary

The Administrative Assistant will provide efficient clerical and administrative support to Legal Services, supporting multiple service areas including Childrens and Adult Services, Planning, Environment, Litigation and Insurance. The role contributes to the smooth running of legal and business support functions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Business Support Manager
  • Undertake general civil administrative duties across Legal Services
  • Assist with preparation of court and inquiry bundles accurately and on time
  • Liaise with Courts and access the HMCTS Court Portal to retrieve documentation
  • Process and pay invoices accurately and in a timely manner
  • Maintain and order office supplies and equipment

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
