A healthcare provider in London seeks an Administrative Assistant to support its practice and outreach clinics. You will manage patient records, assist with clinical information, and ensure patient-centered care delivery. You\'ll support both our practice and outreach clinics by preparing documents, updating clinical information on SystmOne, managing patient records and requests, helping on reception, and occasionally assisting patients with attending appointment
