Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday - Friday (08:00AM - 16:00PM)
Location: Croydon - SO53 4ND

We're now looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on the Argos Contract.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE
  • Payroll & Agency Coordination: Processing daily/weekly payroll updates, managing timesheets, liaising with agencies for shift bookings, and ensuring all worker details are accurately logged.
  • Administrative Issue Management: Handling and recording incoming parking fines, maintaining compliance documentation, and resolving day to day queries from staff and managers.
  • Reporting & KPI Updates: Updating Microsoft-based KPIs and dashboards, preparing daily/weekly reports, and keeping internal systems and trackers accurate and up to date.
