Overview

Sales & Administration Executive We are seeking a motivated and confident Sales & Administration Executive to join our team in Medway. This is a varied role where you’ll be responsible for generating new business, building customer relationships, and supporting our training team with day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively target potential, existing, and dormant customers to create new opportunities while maintaining and developing strong relationships with current clients through regular calls, emails, and follow-ups.
  • Be confident in cold calling and prospecting to win new business, and build an in-depth understanding of our products and services to make tailored recommendations.
  • Respond to enquiries by phone and email; record all sales activity and feedback; follow up quotations; ensure accurate reports are maintained.
  • Process bookings, manage training schedules, raise invoices, handle payments, and develop positive working relationships with our instructors, keeping records up to date.
  • Provide holiday cover and occasional support to the Service Team when required; manage social media activity and use Microsoft Office to keep data and reports accurate.
Qualifications and qualities
  • Confident and articulate communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
  • Ability to generate leads, convert enquiries into sales, and promote additional training courses.
  • Self-motivated, comfortable working independently, and flexible to support colleagues when needed.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to building lasting customer relationships.
Working hours

Working hours between Monday - Friday 07:30 - 17:30 to be agreed.
