Lady Lumley’s Academy are looking to appoint an Administration Officer to join our academy as soon as possible on a part time permanent basis.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable individual to join our supportive team. You will be working within the busy environment of the school office, providing routine clerical, administrative support and provide additional support in receptionist duties as required. You will also be responsible for leading on transport provision within the school, liaising with external providers, drivers and staff; for arranging cover for teacher absences; and play a key role in improving online presence through social media, website and effective communication.
This post is part of a Job Share. The working days are Wednesday afternoons 12pm to 4pm and Thursday and Friday 8am to 4pm. There can be some flexibility around the timings of the days.
Hours: 19 hours per week / Term Time only plus 10 Days (40 Weeks) / Permanent
