Role Overview

Our Admin Officers play a critical role, providing excellent administrative support and customer service to court users, judiciary, and management.

Location

Cardiff Crown Court, The Law Courts, Cathays Park, Cardiff CF10 3PG

Working Hours

Full Time, 37 hours per week.

Responsibilities
  • Manage criminal digital files in preparation for hearings.
  • Respond to correspondence and general enquiries from criminal justice agencies, solicitors, barristers, public via post, email, telephone, face to face.
  • Assist with full range of serious criminal work and manage jurors.
  • Carry out general administrative duties to progress cases through the court/tribunal system.

  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT proficiency and ability to learn and adapt to different technologies and software packages.
