Administration Assistant Manager Main Responsibilities
  • Daily bookkeeping including SAGE entry
  • Create invoices and process business expenses
  • Manage reconciliations
  • Manage multi-currency transactions
  • Create monthly reports (P&L and Balance Sheet)
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cashflow)
  • Preparing finance documents for bank loan applications
  • Processing payments on online banking platforms
  • Payroll management
  • VAT returns
  • Conducting audit interviews
Administration Assistant Manager Ideal Candidate
