A healthcare organization in Hereford is seeking an Administration Assistant to join their Community Referral Hub. This vital role involves organizing meetings, managing communications, and providing basic support for patient care. The role of Administration Assistant is a vital role within our community referral hub. The Integrated Services Directorate is an admission avoidance service, to put simply, we aim to support our patients and Emergency Department to avoid patients going into hospital. We also support patients that are in hospital, with a hopeful earlier, safer and more effective discharge, to meet our WVT target of "home by lunch"
Your role as an administration assistant will include basic duties such as,
You will be required to cover call handler duties as and when required and any other administrative tasks that is required from Clinical and Operational leads within the team.
Our ideal candidate is highly professional, experienced within all aspects of Administration duties, including proficient use of all IT equipment and Microsoft software. You will be able to work as part of a team but also be able to use your own initiative and work autonomously.
