Overview

We are seeking to recruit to a Full-Time / Part-Time, Band 2 Admin Assistant post in the St Helens Mental Health Admin Hub. The successful post holder will, in the first instance, support the Older Adult Community Team in St Helens, but will receive dedicated training in order to support the wider Admin Hub.

Responsibilities
  • Provide an efficient and effective clerical service to the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provide administrative support to the team and perform duties such as answering telephone calls into the Service, photocopying, scanning, uploading referrals and making appointments.
