Overview

The Discovery Academy is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to provide support to an extremely busy and challenging Academy Reception/Office. The role requires a calm and flexible attitude, strong organisation, and the ability to prioritise workloads. Experience of working with Microsoft Office and good skills in Excel and Word are desirable. Customer service skills and a knowledge of Arbour would be highly beneficial. The post also requires administering First Aid, for which training can be provided. The ability to converse at ease with members of the public, including staff and students, in accurate spoken English is essential.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Academy Reception/Office in a busy environment.
