As an Administration Assistant, you'll play a vital role in providing day-to-day administrative support across various aspects of our operations, helping to ensure we continue to provide an excellent service to our learners.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Undertaking a variety of general administrative duties
  • Accurately inputting data on our CRM system.
  • Providing administrative support to the course bookings, course delivery and claims teams
  • Responding to internal and external queries via phone and email
  • Monitor inbound enquiries and support effective allocation of accounts and leads
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to share insights and client trends
  • Contribute to social media engagement
