A leading healthcare organization is seeking an adaptable individual for a fixed-term 12-month administrative role in the Urology Department at Ninewells Hospital, Dundee. The position involves providing efficient administrative support within a fast-paced environment, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with general administrative experience. This part-time role offers 15 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday, and compliance with national mandatory standards is essential.

Applications are invited to apply for the post based within the Urology Department within Ninewells Hospital. An exciting opportunity within a fast-paced environment is available for an adaptable individual to provide an efficient, administrative service within the Specialist Surgery Division.
Applicants should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills along with a high level of literacy and numeracy skills. The administrative duties require general administrative experience with computer systems and typing skills. Experience of specific NHS Tayside IT systems is not essential.
Your performance must comply with the national “Mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers 2009” and with the Code of Conduct for Healthcare Support Workers.
Current NHS Tayside Employees - Written approval must be sought from your line manager prior to applying for this secondment. You will be required to bring this if shortlisted for interview.
Hours of work are: 15 hours per week, between Monday and Friday
