Job summary

A healthcare provider in England is seeking an enthusiastic individual for an Administration Team role. The successful candidate will provide reception cover, manage Electronic Patient Records, and support Older Adult services. Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and hardworking individual to join the Administration Team, which supports the Older Adult Day Services and Memory Assessment Services. The Older Adult Day Service is a busy and forward-thinking team. Support and supervision will be provided for the successful candidate. The post is for 37.5 hours per week, 6 months fixed term or secondment opportunity. Ideally, the successful candidate will work Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00.

Responsibilities
  • Provide front-of-house cover to Reception, interacting with patients, professionals and visitors to the building.
  • Handle Electronic Patient Records and perform typing and updating of patient information.
  • Use IT programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and SystmOne.
  • Support and assist the Older Adult Day Service and Memory Assessment Services as required.

Working Arrangements

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. 6 months fixed term contract or secondment. Preference for Monday–Friday, 09:00–17:00 start and hours.
