Working 9am to 1pm, Monday to Friday, you will assist the Accounts team with daily cash management. Admin Assistant

Uxbridge

£13,520 Plus Pension, Life Assurance, 20 Days’ Holiday

We are recruiting a 4 month contract Accounts Assistant working 9.00 am to 1pm Monday to Friday, to support our Accounts team in the day-to-day running of the department. The main part of the role will be assisting with the management of the daily petty cash. If successful, you’ll be joining a friendly, focused, supportive and professional team.

The successful candidate will become part of the success of a company which is making a real difference to the UK’s circular economy and to the fight to reduce the impact of global climate change.

What we’re looking for
  • A health and safety champion, you will lead safety performance
  • Ability to use and pick up quickly a variety of software
  • Good telephone and communication abilities
  • The ability to manage changing and conflicting priorities
  • Strong IT skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy
