Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting operational excellence? Natural Fitness Food is looking for an Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As an Admin Assistant, you’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate data management, supporting kitchen operations, and assisting with people processes. This is a varied role that requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update wastage sheets for menu changes and CPU costing, ensuring accuracy and removing unused items.
  • Complete daily kitchen wastage updates and weekly site wastage reports.
  • Update costing sheets for extra orders and distribute new versions to relevant stakeholders.
  • Manage cross-charging sheets for additional orders and keep allergen sheets up to date.
  • Prepare and maintain weekly co-pilot sheets, staff performance sheets, and monthly totals.
  • Track weekly protein usage and compile monthly cost summaries.
  • Support people processes, including hiring, onboarding, and training tracking.
  • Assist with document creation, birthday celebrations (TMOM), and general admin tasks.
  • Contribute ideas for new procedures and process improvements.
