Admin and Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced person to provide administrative support to the Head of Day Services and to ensure that resources within the department are effectively managed and deployed.

What you will be doing…

. To support in maintaining and developing the Electronic Care Planning and Assessment System – Bromcom to ensure the quality of the recording and monitoring of the individuals within the service.

. To support the Head of Day Services in maintaining the electronic rota system – Rota Master

. To take the lead on ensuring that individuals who access day services have their progress monitored appropriately to show progression as it occurs through the assessment of skills (both hard and soft skills)

. To manage the timetables and groups within day services to ensure that there is sufficient resource to support the services

. To liaise with People Services and Service Managers around supporting recruitment and retention of employees, this may include supporting interviews and undertaking support staff management including, but not limited to undertaking disciplinary investigations return to work and grievance processes

.To ensure that staff are deployed as required to meet the needs of the services

.To liaise with transport providers (internal and external), to ensure the smooth running of transport

.To undertake strategic reviews of areas such as procurement of items used within the department as directed by the Head of Day Services.

.To work with the Head of Business Development and the Service Managers to support the transition of new individuals into the service.

.To liaise with the local authorities, health teams, Service Managers and Finance Teams to ensure that correct invoicing of the service is in place.
