Location: Aberdeen

Shift: 5 days over 7 | 8:30am - 16:30 (8‑hour shift)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

This role provides crucial administrative support to the transport and operations teams, helping to ensure smooth and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day‑to‑day office operations and maintain an organised workspace
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
  • Handle phone calls and emails professionally
  • Assist with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and organising documentsSupport operational teams with reporting, scheduling, and monitoring tasks
  • Help maintain compliance and accurate documentation across transport and logistics processes
Requirements
  • Previous office or administrative experience preferred
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
