Quantum Care is a not for profit company providing high quality care services for over 2000 older people in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Essex. Role

As an Activity Care Assistant at Quantum Care, you will play a vital role in supporting older adults in our purpose-built care homes. Your contributions will help residents maintain their independence and enjoy fulfilling lives, making a meaningful impact on their well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Be part of the Home Care Team providing a varied program of activities to stimulate and entertain our residents.
  • Have excellent communication and creativity skills and a genuine enthusiasm for working with older people.
  • Experience in a similar role would be useful but we will provide you with comprehensive training and support. You just need to be creative, outgoing and have a passion for working with older people in a friendly environment.
