Job summary

MAGMAS, Europe’s leading premium health and wellness group, is seeking an Activities Manager to lead the operation of the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within the club. You will also act as Duty Manager, ensuring smooth day-to-day service.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service facility (e.g., leisure, hospitality, or sports).
• Strong leadership of multi-department teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent customer service mindset and ability to enhance member experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments.
• Regularly serve as Duty Manager to ensure smooth club operations.
• Recruit, train and empower the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide an exceptional member experience.

As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.

About You

As Activities Manager, we are looking for someone who:

• Has experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Overall great communication and collaboration skills
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.
