Overview

We’re searching for a dynamic Activity & Leisure Manager to lead Vauxhall Holiday Park into a brand‑new era. With a huge £4.8 million investment transforming the park, we’ll expand our leisure offer, upgrade guest experiences and build an amazing culture designed to grow people quickly and confidently. This transformation will introduce a launchpad for immersive Bear Grylls escape rooms, high ropes, an all‑new Hat‑Tricks sports bar with interactive darts and shuffleboard, upgraded family play zones, expanded pitches and enhanced guest facilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a fast‑growing Activities & Leisure operation at a pivotal moment for the park.
• Act as a commercial manager, accountable for the financial performance of the department.
• Ensure the highest standards of health & safety across all activities.
• Drive high‑energy guest experiences, including new high ropes, bounce park, off‑road rangers, swimming and existing leisure activities.
• Develop, coach and motivate large teams, building skills and confidence to deliver outstanding service for guests.
• Influence a fresh activity schedule that reflects Vauxhall’s new direction.
