About the role

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or develop a career in finance and accounting. Joining our Deductions team within Transactional Finance you’ll be part of a fast‑paced high‑volume environment where accuracy, organization and a positive attitude are key. Full training will be provided making this an ideal role for someone keen to learn and grow in this area.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the processing of customer deductions from start to finish for your allocated regions
  • Assisting with the investigation and resolution of deductions following agreed processes
  • Logging, tracking and updating deduction and dispute information accurately
  • Liaising with internal teams to gather information and support resolution
  • Producing regular reports and summaries on deductions activity
  • Contributing ideas to improve processes and ways of working
  • Working collaboratively with the wider team to meet shared deadlines
