Qualifications

• AAT qualified or part-qualified.

• Proficient in ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Track record of improving AP accuracy and payment cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day Accounts Payable function.
• Oversee the AP team’s workload and mentor staff.
• Maintain strong AP controls and manage payment runs.
• Handle supplier queries and resolve issues promptly.
• Support automation initiatives and integrate new acquisitions.
• Identify process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Collaborate with finance and operations teams for month-end.
