Job description
  • Maintain accurate daily financial records using Excel
  • Prepare sales invoices, challans, and bills
  • Record all transactions manually in Excel spreadsheets
  • Manage receivable & payable statements
  • Maintain petty cash and cashbook
  • Prepare monthly financial statements in Excel for management
  • Assist during audits and maintain all necessary documents
  • Coordinate with the sales team for billing and payment follow-ups
  • Ensure proper filing and financial documentation
