Job description
Responsibilities
  • Preliminary Accounts maintain by ledger, cashbook & Tall software.
  • Day to Day Journal, Ledger Book Maintain, Tax & VAT work, Banking & other cash related work.
  • Prepare examine and analyze accounting records, financial statement and other financial reports.
  • Ensure Petty cash fund management & preparation of vendors payment advice & Cheque.
  • Preparation & monitoring of monthly sales report and analysis.
  • Maintain of payroll, including payroll tax returns.
  • Handling external audits.
  • Maintaining of document & record keeping in accounting systems.
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met following the IFRS.
  • Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank Compliance activities, performed in a timely & accurate manner.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
