• Oversee and manage all aspects of employee income tax.
• Interpret and apply relevant laws, policies, and office orders.
• Liaise with stakeholders to resolve Tax and VAT-related issues.
• Prepare financial accounts and perform other tasks as assigned.

Job description

• Tax and VAT Compliance: Ensure the company adheres to all relevant Tax and VAT regulations, including the preparation, submission, and follow-up of Tax returns/VAT returns and related documentation.
• Employee Income Tax Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of employee income tax, providing necessary guidance and support to ensure compliance.
• Regulatory Interpretation: Interpret and apply relevant laws, policies, SROs, gazettes, and office orders issued by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) or other ministries.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including Tax authorities and external auditors, to resolve Tax and VAT-related issues.
• Preparation of Financial Accounts. Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
