What will the Accounts Assistant role involve:
  • Process payment requests, liaise with suppliers, post outgoing payments, and maintain financial records
  • Support database administration, handle internal billing queries, assist with month-end reviews, and maintain inter‑jurisdictional allocations
  • Respond to employee and client enquiries, prepare internal reports, and manage expense and payment queries
  • Produce statements, update supplier records, and maintain accurate standing data
