Job summary

A long-established printing company in Portsmouth seeks an Accounts Administrator to manage sales and purchase ledgers, payroll, and bank reconciliations. Responsibilities

  • Handle all sales and purchase ledger and costing functions.
  • Manage payroll including PAYE, Nest, and new starters.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations and prepare monthly accounts.
  • Oversee credit control and generate reports for management.
  • Perform general administrative duties.

Holbrooks is a long-established printing company based in Hilsea, Portsmouth.

We produce a wide range of printed material including magazines, brochures, catalogues and other commercial print.

The Role
  • All Sales and Purchase Ledger and Costing functions.
  • All aspects of Payroll including PAYE, Nest and managing New Starters
  • Bank Reconciliations, preparing monthly accounts and liaising with the Company Accountant
  • Credit Control and generating reports for Senior Management.
  • Other general administrative duties
