An academic institution in collaboration with finance experts seeks an experienced Team Leader to oversee key financial service functions. The ideal candidate will manage accounts payable, receivable, and cash management, ensuring accurate financial transactions in accordance with policies. Pure are delighted to be working in partnership with the University of Cambridge Finance Division as they continue on an exciting Enhanced Financial Transparency (EFT) Project which is highly significant and will have a University-wide impact. The project forms part of an overall Finance Transformation Programme (FTP).
Finance Division are seeking three Team Leaders to make an impact across the key financial service functions. The Accounting Services Team Leader is responsible for managing the delivery of core financial operations across the Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management and Helpdesk teams as required. The role ensures the accurate and timely delivery of financial transactions and services in line with policies.
The position will be offered on a contract basis until 31st December 2027.
The University is supportive of hybrid working, where some work is undertaken on University premises and some in a remote working environment. The arrangement is subject to change and will not form part of the contractual terms of the role.
