Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting entries, general ledger, and reconciliation.
- Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
- Ensure accurate project-wise cost tracking (land purchase, development, and construction expenses).
- Manage supplier, contractor, and vendor payments with proper documentation.
- Record client advances, installment collections, and outstanding receivables.
- Monitor overdue payments and assist in collection follow-ups.
- Maintain detailed accounts for land acquisition, registration, legal fees, and development costs.
- Track expenses against budgets for real estate projects.
- Assist in pricing and profitability analysis of plots, flats, and commercial spaces.
- Ensure compliance with VAT, Tax, and other regulatory requirements.
- Assist in external and internal audits by preparing necessary schedules and documentation.
- Maintain proper filing of all financial and legal records related to land and property.
- Assist in preparing annual budgets and project cash flow forecasts.
- Monitor actual performance against budgets and highlight variances.
- Support management with ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting.
- Coordinate with banks for loans, mortgage documentation, and project financing.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information.
