KEY DUTIES
  • Onboard, train, and support customers, ensuring correct setup, strong relationships, and ongoing effective technical assistance delivery.
  • Drive retention, renewal, and account growth through ongoing reviews, plans, upsell opportunities, and churn reduction.
  • Analyse usage, champion needs, and improve experience through enhancements while educating users effectively on features.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Proven account management experience with strong communication, social skills, and relationship-building to drive customer loyalty.
  • Passionate about technology, problem-solving, and helping users adopt SaaS platforms effectively to achieve successful outcomes.
