Inthisrole,youwillberesponsibleforpromotinginsuranceproducts,handlingincomingenquiries,andmanagingrelationshipswithbothnewandexistingcustomers.You’llplayakeypartindrivingbusinessgrowthwhiledeliveringexceptionalservice.

KeyResponsibilities
  • Promoteandsellinsuranceplanstoprospectivecustomers.
  • Contactandsecurenewbusinessopportunitiesthroughwarmleadsandenquiries.
  • Retainandnurturerelationshipswithexistingclientstomaintainlong-termbusiness.
  • Engagewithprospectiveclientsviaphoneandin-persontounderstandtheirinsuranceneeds(budget,medicalconditions,coveragelevel,geographicalrequirements,etc.).
  • Developclearandaccuratewrittenproposalsandquotationsforcustomers.
  • EfficientlymanagecustomerdataandinteractionsusingthecompanyCRMsystem.
  • Resolvecustomerissuesandcomplaintsinatimelyandprofessionalmanner.
  • Supportcustomersthroughoutthesalesprocessandduringthefirstyearoftheirpolicy,assistingwithqueries,administration,anddocumentation.
  • Upholdthehigheststandardsofcustomerservice,ensuringadviceisclear,unbiased,andinthebestinterestoftheclient.
