Qualifications

  • Desirable knowledge of UK & international postal services.
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tharstern MIS is a plus but training will be provided.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration and campaign coordination for client account management.
  • Act as a point of contact for team clients, providing updates proactively.
  • Raise invoices within 48 hours of dispatch.

Known for delivering high‑quality, reliable solutions and exceptional client service, the company works with a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.

Responsibilities
  • Support your team with all of the administration & campaign coordination associated with Client Account Management, including, but not limited to, quoting clients, booking jobs on our Tharstern MIS system, dealing with lots of daily queries, keeping Salesforce & Tharstern accurate and any other ad‑hoc duties required by your team.
  • You are a point of contact for your Team’s Clients and are expected to be pro‑active in your approach to keeping clients updated, as jobs go through the factory and are dispatched.
  • Raise invoices with 48 hours of mailing dispatch.
  • Use your own initiative to enhance our clients’ experience.
  • Seek out ways to maximise postage gross profit margin by exploring multiple ways to reduce buying‑in costs.
  • Create samples packs for potential clients.
  • Maintain and develop your own knowledge within the mail & post industry to support your own progression.
  • Take a proactive approach to work processes & procedures, identifying areas of improvement when necessary to enhance Client experience & the business’s performance overall.
Skills Required
  • Knowledge of UK & International postal services is desirable.
  • Experience of Salesforce & Tharstern MIS is desirable but training will be given.
