Job Overview

Location: Poole
Hours: Monday – Friday, 08.00am – 17.00pm
Salary: £45K – £50K DOE
Own transport essential.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: nurture your FMCG account to ensure it grows to its full potential and build corporate management relationships.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external customers at a senior level.
  • Work closely with the internal account support team to ensure customer expectations are met and products delivered on time.
  • Proactively improve the profitability of accounts through pricing reviews, margin improvements, and negotiating increases.
  • Influence account direction, select product ranges for clients, and decide on proactive engagement.
  • Contribute to strategic planning, set budgets, and establish growth targets.
  • Sourcing products for client requests, including product creation, delivery, change control, and definition.
  • Support prestigious clients at senior levels, calmly addressing queries and concerns with professionalism.
  • Perform client service visits every few weeks.
Qualifications
  • Proven B2B/B2C Key Account Management or Senior Corporate Relationship Management experience, ideally within hospitality or retail industries.
  • Highly organised with strong commercial acumen and the ability to analyse and interpret data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong business acumen.
  • Strong / intermediate Excel skills and ability to work with spreadsheets and formulas.
  • Good IT/systems skills and ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Positive, can-do attitude and a team player.
  • Own transport is essential.
