Job title: Account Manager - Cruise Industry SaaS

Location: Manchester, UK (Hybrid - 2x per week in Manchester Office)

Responsibilities
  • Manage, nurture, and expand a strong portfolio of existing accounts representing approx. 25% of revenue; be the creative, trusted advisor for key clients.
  • Identify and win new logo opportunities (across selected challenger cruise brands and untapped accounts), contributing to assured, ambitious sales targets.
  • Collaborate bravely with sales, marketing, and product teams to deliver innovative campaigns and inspired solutions, continually improving customer engagement.
  • Deliver value-driven presentations, champion customer needs, and creatively showcase award-winning tech.
  • Use Salesforce and advanced sales tools for best-in-class pipeline, forecasting, and results reporting.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-3 years' proven success in B2B software/SaaS sales/account management, ideally with experience selling business applications.
  • Self-motivated, determined, and energetic—skilled at both winning business and developing strong, long-term relationships.
  • Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce ideal) and value-based selling; strong communication and negotiation skills are a must.
  • Able to commit to office collaboration in Manchester (2x/week), and thrive in a vibrant, fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
