A leading educational management firm seeks a dedicated Account Manager to oversee key clients, ensuring maximum value from services. This role will be an important part of the Account Management team, reporting into the Director, Customer Success.
The successful candidate will have responsibility for a selection of key EPM customers, ensuring each receives the maximum return on investment from existing services whilst proactively selling new software and service offerings. Customers will range from single, influential schools to entire MATs consisting of upwards of 40 schools.
Overall success will be measured by customer NPS scores, customer net revenue retention and revenue through cross-sell / upsell target achievement.
