Job description
Overview

This role will be an important part of the Account Management team, reporting into the Director, Customer Success.

The successful candidate will have responsibility for a selection of key EPM customers, ensuring each receives the maximum return on investment from existing services whilst proactively selling new software and service offerings. Customers will range from single, influential schools to entire MATs consisting of upwards of 40 schools.

Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships and become a trusted adviser, gathering feedback and meeting regularly with clients to understand their development plans, pain points and where you can add value.
  • Proactively promote EPM's technological developments and new offerings, including presenting to senior stakeholders (Headteachers, FD, HRD, COO, CEO) and running training sessions and demonstrations online and face to face.
  • Manage senior stakeholders and deliver training and demonstrations in various formats.
Success measures

Overall success will be measured by customer NPS scores, customer net revenue retention and revenue through cross-sell / upsell target achievement.
