Overview

Fuse is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join a team delivering a major UEFA Champions League (UCL) sponsorship. The main responsibilities involve supporting the ticketing, hospitality, and guest comms team with the management of ticket delivery, guest programme services and guest management systems across 180 markets for PepsiCo's UCL sponsorship. The role, primarily based in London, may require occasional domestic and international travel for site visits, events, and meetings. The successful candidate will progress to become the main point of contact with the client for all in-season related ticketing and hospitality matters.

The successful candidate will be joining a creative and dynamic team and supporting on-going projects. Main day-to-day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the co-ordination of UCL ticket arrival and distribution to global markets
  • Dedicated email mailbox management; responding where required to market leads and senior clients in a timely manner
  • Manage regular stakeholder calls, producing status reports, meeting notes and actions to ensure the project is kept on track
  • Support local markets with use of online guest management software as required
  • Manage central SharePoint site where all project content is housed
  • You will be required to work in and around UCL match days, so dedication to this role is vital
  • There will also be a requirement to support the Fuse events team at the UCL Final
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, with a positive & flexible can-do attitude. Agency experience ideal, but not essential
  • Administration experience essential
  • Experience with working on guest management platforms ideal, but not essential
  • Experience in event and ticketing management ideal, but not essential
  • Experience in managing direct reports ideal, but not essential
  • Excellent attention to detail, yet ability to multi-task and think on your feet
