A leading firm in account management based in Norwich is seeking a proactive Account Manager to lead a team and manage contractor accounts. This role requires a high-energy individual with a sales-first mindset who can drive performance and maintain strong client relationships. The position offers a base salary of £45,000-£60,000 with bonus potential and a hybrid work model after onboarding. The ideal candidate will thrive in a performance-led environment and be motivated by achieving meaningful results.
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + GBS
Full-time | Office-based (Hybrid available after onboarding)
Hours: 7:30am - 4:30pm
You'll take ownership of a fast-paced account management function, leading two experienced Account Managers while also managing your own portfolio of contractor accounts. You'll set the daily rhythm on the sales floor — balancing personal delivery with driving team performance — ensuring consistent conversion, proactive follow-up, and structured pipeline management.
Our contractor base is varied — some buy monthly, others once or twice a year — and your leadership will provide the structure and commercial drive to maximise repeat revenue and unlock new growth opportunities.
