We are actively looking for an Account Handler to join our growing Private Clients team. This is a great opportunity to join a highly successful team and develop your experience and career within High-net-worth insurance.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for building rapport with an existing book of clients and working closely with the wider team to achieve objectives.
• Attend meetings, take notes, speak to insurers, and work through renewal presentations and renewal terms for larger accounts from start to finish.
• Support on larger accounts by collaborating with colleagues to ensure a high level of service and client satisfaction.

About you / Qualifications

• You will have experience developing and building long lasting relationships with Private or HNW Clients.
• You must have a passion for excellent customer service as this role will be working with existing clients and will be supporting their needs.
• You are able to work closely with colleagues to support on larger accounts from start to finish.
• You are tenacious and have a business curiosity, enabling you to identify and explore opportunities for existing clients to drive the best possible outcome.
• You are willing to learn, as every day will be different. This is a great opportunity to expand your insurance knowledge and become Cert CII qualified.
• You are consultative, able to question effectively, and will be an active listener who takes the time to understand client requirements and advise on products and solutions, considering client needs and referring identified opportunities - a "path to yes" mindset.
