Job summary

A leading sports and entertainment agency is seeking an Account Director to manage brand partnerships for a new F1 team. The role involves overseeing stakeholder communications, budget management, and strategic planning in a hybrid work environment. The ideal candidate has over 5 years of experience, primarily in sports or marketing, and has worked with complex multi-national brands. Strong communication and management skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in sports partnerships or marketing agency, preferably in F1 or Motorsports.
  • Experience working with complex multi-national brands is advantageous.
  • Broad experience across all facets of brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Manage partnership assets and communications between stakeholders.

  • Oversee budgets and ensure timely submission of forecasts and invoicing.

Account Director - F1

London (Hybrid)

Very excited to be working with a global agency on there's search for an Account Director to lead on brand new partner for latest team to hit the F1 grid! The team are on the lookout for a professional comfortable managing multiple stakeholders in a complex corporate ecosystem, being able to demonstrate advanced communication skills, and proven management of broad range of internal, external, and client-led stakeholders across multiple international markets.

Responsibilities :
  • Partnership asset management, managing the communications between global and local stakeholders, and rights holders.
  • Lead strategic planning and ideation, often in a multi-functional, or cross-agency team.
  • Oversee budgets, ensuring forecasts, client SOW, CEs and invoicing are all submitted on time.
  • Develop strong knowledge of our client’s business strategy, solutions & services.
Skills & Experience :
  • 5+ years of sports partnerships or marketing agency experience (preferably in F1 / Motorsports).
  • Experience working with complex multi-national brands would be advantageous.
  • Broad experience across all facets of brand partnerships, including partnership asset management, market communications, employee engagement, guest experience and event delivery, VIP hospitality, guest management systems and ticketing, content creation, and social media.
