Job description
Overview

We are looking for someone with a keen interest in media to join our Client Team as an Account Assistant. In this role you will bridge the client account team, provide support to Account Managers and Account Directors, assist in the day-to-day running of the account and development of campaigns. This role covers two of Carat’s most exciting clients: Kraft Heinz & Post Office.

Responsibilities
  • Account Management: Support the Account Manager (AM) and Account Director (AD) with the delivery of multiple workstreams simultaneously to meet client expectations including media planning, reporting and billing. Coordinate the team’s projects, ensuring all work is provided to our teams in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Relationship Management: Support the AM & AD with general client liaison and administration. Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with all specialist teams (e.g. AV, Digital, Search, Social, OOH). Meet with and learn from key media owners.
  • Finance & Budget Management: Work with AM to ensure finances are accurate and match our PO budgets and that plans are reconciled in a timely manner.
  • Reporting Oversight: Address reporting requirements.
  • Communications Planning: Create and review target audience insights; support AM in translating audience media consumption insights into holistic media mix recommendations that deliver on Heinz’s objectives; support AM & specialist teams in building out detailed plan recommendations and executing plans once approved; be confident and proficient in using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
