Parkdean Resorts is seeking an Assistant Accommodation Manager to support the Accommodation Manager in delivering high standards of cleanliness and presentation across all accommodation types. You will oversee day-to-day operations, coach the team, and help ensure a smooth guest experience.

This role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with maintenance and guest services, and the ability to plan labour resources.

Formación

• Experience managing teams.
• Ability to coordinate complex daily business operations.
• Forecast labour and resource planning skills.
• Leadership style that inspires, supports, and brings out the best in diverse teams.
• The ability to access accommodation to perform checks and deliver hands-on cleaning services as required, performing physical tasks including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods of time.
• The flexibility to work across varied days including weekends, evenings, and bank holidays as required.
• Confident using standard IT systems and applications.
• A full UK driving licence.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting with recruiting, onboarding, and training Accommodation team members.
• Helping to build and maintain a positive team culture focused on high standards.
• Supporting the Accommodation Manager with team structure, role delegation, and clarity of responsibilities.
• Providing day-to-day coaching, supporting 1-2-1s, and encouraging team development.
• Supporting initiatives that drive engagement, motivation, and team recognition.
• Assisting in the daily coordination of cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Carrying out regular spot checks and inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Monitoring daily performance and helping prepare action plans to support continuous improvement.
• Working closely with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams to support check-ins, repairs, guest requests, and special requirements.
• Responding promptly and professionally to guest queries, helping resolve issues with minimal disruption.
