Job summary

Parkdean Resorts in the United Kingdom is seeking an Accommodation Manager to lead and coordinate our cleaning and presentation teams across multiple parks, delivering an outstanding guest experience and memorable stays.

You will recruit, coach, and train staff, forecast labour, and manage daily operations with a hands-on approach. A full UK driving licence is required and occasional DBS checks may apply to safeguarding responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in a hospitality or operations setting.
• Ability to coordinate complex daily operations across multiple locations.
• Experience forecasting labour and resource planning for schedules and budgets.
• Leadership style that supports and motivates diverse teams.
• Proficient with standard IT systems and applications.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Accommodation team members.
• Create a positive culture delivering high standards.
• Define team structure, delegate roles, and set responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and development plans, 1-2-1s.
• Drive engagement, motivation, and recognition.
• Oversee daily cleaning operations across all accommodation types.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Create rolling plans to support operational performance.
• Analyse data and produce weekly improvement plans.
• Coordinate check-ins, repairs, and special requests with Maintenance and Guest Experience teams.
