Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking a Supervisor in our housekeeping team to lead and develop staff across our UK holiday parks. You’ll ensure holiday homes are spotless, safe, and well-maintained, while shaping a culture of high standards and exceptional guest care.

You will work closely with the Accommodation Manager to act on guest feedback, monitor cleanliness, and use our systems to track tasks and data. Join a team-focused, wellbeing-oriented workplace with great employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising housekeeping teams in hospitality.
• Knowledge of COSHH guidelines and safe cleaning practices.

Responsibilities

• Ensure holiday homes are sparkling clean and safe for guests.
• Equip the team with the right tools and supplies.
• Collaborate with the Assistant Accommodation Manager to act on guest feedback.
• Monitor cleaning standards and address issues promptly.
• Prioritise guest satisfaction and resolve queries quickly.
• Ensure safe handling of chemicals and cleaning materials per COSHH.
• Use computer systems to track processes and record data.
