Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is seeking an Accommodation Supervisor to support the Accommodation Manager in maintaining spotless, well-presented holiday homes across our parks. You will lead a hands‑on team, perform regular quality checks, train staff, and ensure safety and compliance while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

The role requires a hands-on leader with a full UK driving licence, weekend/evening flexibility, and a focus on efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Ability to access accommodation to perform checks and hands-on cleaning tasks, including lifting.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consistently clean, safe, and well-maintained holiday homes for guests.
• Conduct regular inspections and address non-compliance immediately.
• Clean holiday homes, lodges and pods to high brand standards.
• Ensure team has tools and stock to perform duties efficiently.
• Prioritise guest satisfaction and resolve queries with minimal disruption.
• Provide coaching and training to new team members; develop ongoing performance feedback.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, COSHH and company policies.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies, linen and guest amenities and report shortages.
