Job summary

Parkdean Resorts UK Limited is looking for an Accommodation Supervisor to support the Accommodation Manager and Assistant Manager in delivering spotless, well-presented holiday homes across our parks. In this hands-on role you will lead a small team, perform regular quality checks, and ensure operations run smoothly to give guests an exceptional stay.

You will train and onboard new team members, manage stock and tools, and uphold health and safety standards, including COSHH.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team.
• Able to perform hands-on cleaning and checks.
• Willing to work weekends/evenings/bank holidays.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to access accommodation to perform checks.

Responsibilities

• Ensure clean, safe, and well-presented holiday homes.
• Inspect homes regularly and fix issues immediately.
• Clean homes, lodges and pods to brand standards.
• Provide tools and stock for the team.
• Address guest queries with minimal disruption.
• Coach and onboard new team members.
• Monitor health & safety, COSHH, and policies.
• Monitor stock levels of cleaning supplies.
