A social housing provider is seeking an Access Admin Officer to join their Property Investment Team. The role entails coordinating difficult access jobs, scheduling specialist trades, and managing job processing. As the Access Admin Officer your manager will be our Support Team Supervisor. You will work 37 hours a week on a permanent basis, working flexibly in the Vico Homes operating area based at our Head Office in Castleford.
As the Access Admin Officer you will play a key role in coordinating hard‑to‑access jobs by scheduling specialist trades, maximising contact opportunities and ensuring all works progress smoothly in line with regulatory requirements. Working collaboratively across teams and external partners, you’ll help drive efficient service delivery and secure the best value for Vico Homes.
